Welcome to the beach, we're glad you're here! Below is some helpful information that will make your check-in and check-out process a little easier. If you have any specific questions about your rental, please contact our office at 850-233-7926.
Check-In
- Check-in begins after 4 p.m. CST on the day your reservation begins.
- Early check-in often is not possible. We encourage you to enjoy our beaches and fun attractions if you arrive in the area early. Our housekeeping standards may require extra cleaning time for some properties which may delay check-in.
- Here are a few ideas for keeping everyone busy.
Express Check-In
- Express Check-In means your selected property is equipped with a lockbox or electronic keypad that will allow you to gain direct access starting at 4 p.m. CST. You can head straight to your property and begin your beach getaway without stopping by our office for keys!
- Once you have arrived in your vacation property, please call 850-233-7926 if you have questions or need to report damage.
We Want You To Enjoy Your Vacation Home
Each condo and house rental is outfitted with its own kitchen, private bedrooms and bathrooms, a living and dining area, and a private balcony or patio.
What You Should Bring
Guest will need to bring their own toiletries, paper items, and cleaning supplies. We start you off with an initial supply of toilet paper and trash bags however you would need to replenish these items throughout your stay. The checklist below includes some helpful suggestions to assist you with your packing and shopping:
