'It's a Shore Thing' is truly one of the most pristine homes in the area and offers panoramic views of emerald green waters and sugary white sand. This beachfront home is sure to impress with it's tasteful decor and open floor plan. Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to the covered deck is just off the living area and features comfortable seating, a private walkway to the beach, and a private sun deck. Both beachfront master suites are located upstairs and feature a king size bed, adjoining private bathroom with jetted tub, and shared balcony access. Also located on the second floor is the guest bedroom with two full size beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The additional guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features three twin size beds, one twin trundle, and an adjoing private bathroom. Two sofa sleepers are available in the first floor living area.
We do recommend trip/travel insurance when booking this property. There is no refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival..

Called about trash pick up, Josh was great. Called early before arriving & spoke to Mark & He was also great and answered all my concerns about are arrival during the pandemic.

Love love love this house! It is in a fantastic location & so beautifully decorated & well maintained. We met Drea & she was fantastic! She did an outstanding job cleaning the property for our arrival. My only concern to Century 21 is to please clean up the areas under the deck & around the house. the grounds have trash on them. Also some of the pigs that rent in other homes or come from the common path disrespect the beach & trash it. Not your problem I just want to mention it. Again the home is fabulous & we expect to come back & hope it's available for many years to come.

This vacation home couldnt have been any better for our two families. Located right on the beach, there was an ease to coming in and out from our spot right near the ocean. It was easy for our kids to take a break when they needed it. The beach itself was flat, the sand was soft, and the weather and the water couldnt have cooperated more! We could see the bottom of the ocean. Also, the stretch of beach where this house is located is deserted. There was plenty of room for social distancing as this house is surrounded by other single-family homes. The high-rises are visible from the beach but they did not impact our beautiful space.
Previous guests left some beach items, so we were able to use boogie boards and floaties!

What a pleasant experience! Everyone we spoke to was very nice and accommodating. They really saved our trip. We booked a neighboring property a year ago and had already paid in full. I received a call two days before we were suppose to leave that our house a been booked by another group. I quickly searched and found this house and after sending a message immediately received a call that the house was available. I really feel like everything happens for a reason. This house was such a great upgrade and the staff was so nice. We hope to be back next year.

So sweet and thoughtful to receive the flowers. Thank you. I don't know who owns this house, but they should never ever sell. Its perfect. What a great place. Loaded with everything (and then some) you could possibly want. Its a beautiful beautiful home. And that's what it felt like. A home on the beach So convenient to everything. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with family and friends. The teenagers were able to use a cart to go to Pier Park, which is not too far away from this home. The decks were wonderful as the adults could go to upper deck and the kids were downstairs playing cards. What a great way to get "unplugged" from technology. Everything was above par.

Didn't want to leave! What surprised us the mnost is there were hardly any people on the beachfront, other than the people that were staying at the other vacation homes. Most days there were only about 10 other people in site. Very tranquil and peaceful.
