"Emerald Surf" is truly a stunning beachfront home with private, in-ground pool and is located in the heart of Panama City Beach. This well-appointed 2-story home features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and sleeps 20 comfortably. Direct beach access is available from the pool deck and fully fenced backyard. The spacious living area features beach views, direct pool access, and three sofa sleepers that will accommodate up to 4 occupants. The beachfront master suite has a king bed, his and her closets, and an adjoining private bathroom. Also located on the first floor is another master suite with king bed and adjoining private bathroom, and another bedroom with two double beds that could accomodate 4 occupants, and another full bathroom. 8208 Surf Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408
The beachfront second floor features a kitchenette, bedroom with two double beds, living area with queen sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom. Also located upstairs is another guest bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony that overlooks Surf Drive. You're sure to enjoy breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views that are available from the second story balcony. This home is pet friendly so don’t forget your pups! $150 non-refundable pet fee is required.

She answered every question we had, and we had a LOT, very quickly and professionally. She make some great recommendations of places to try and it helped to make our trip fantastic!

If I could score this a 1000, I would. The nicest and most helpful people. We spoke with Janet the whole time. She made our reservation, recommended some of the best places to go and restaurants. She absolutely went above and beyond and you just don't find that these days. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so genuinely helpful, professional and nice.

The house is nothing short of amazing. It was spotless, smelled clean, felt clean, had everything you needed for cooking. Plenty of room for us all, the beach is steps away from the back door. The pool was great, the kids loved the pool as much as the beach. Overall a PERFECT VACATION SPOT! We will be back.

The location was perfect for our family. The beach access was A+. Didnt have to pack everything down to the beach because it was just a 30 second walk to the Ocean. House was exactly how the pictures showed outside of the bunk bed room. Now, the room has 2 full beds. Restaurants and other activities was just a 5-10 minute car ride away. Will definitely stay there again.
