Talking with Janet is always a pleasure. She has always went above and beyond to help with our reservations, and even worked out some special accommodations we needed for this year. Janet is the best!

Its a Shore Thing is an absolute gem for our family. I cant say enough about the cleanliness of the house every year we have stayed (2025 was our 5th year)! The layout of the house is perfect for our family, the parking is great, the location is pretty much centered for everywhere we go. We love everything about it.

Janet was exceptionally very well to work with and I will be calling her again to book this unit in the future.

Everything was very nice and clean although it rained a day and a half we still enjoyed ourselves and met new friends and made new memories. I would suggest that something be done to the community laundry area. It smelled very musty. It may need in the future washers and dryers can be updated.

We had originally booked another property, but it was damaged by flooding, but our agent Janet was able to get us another home that was directly across the street from our original reservation and had great communication with us the entire time. She was very friendly and helpful.

Another great stay at an amazing condo. This is my second time staying at The Summit 514. The condo is right on the beach with the best view from the balcony. We watched dolphins play every morning we were there. Stacia is great to work with and goes above and beyond as a host. The condo has absolutely everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be staying here again

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for my family of 5. We rarely had to leave the resort and our views were beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!!

Janet was so personable and helpful. We probably asked 100 questions before arrival and she answered all of them and was so patient with us, we had a huge group, so lots of phone calls. I felt like by the time we left we were friends. LOL

This house is stunning, we had to move to this location when the other house we rented sold, we were not sure what to expect but we were SO HAPPY when we arrived. The house is better than we could have ever hoped for. Roomy, spotless, well stocked, the back yard is incredible, very short walk to the beach, lots of parking, we grilled, we walked to Schooners. We had an amazing, fantastic, wonderful vacation in this house and we hope to do it again next year! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back.

The owner of Unit #514, Stacia is the BEST Condo owner that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was always so quick and easy to respond and communicate with. She answered all of my questions related to the condo and made sure that all of our paperwork was received which gave us the assurance that upon our arrival there would be no delays or issues. After our arrival Stacia contacted me to make sure everything about the Condo met our expectations and it did!!!Very clean, beautifully decorated, totally furnished with anything needed for our stay, spacious and comfortable. The view from our balcony of the beach and ocean as well as the pool and Tiki Bar area was so beautiful and relaxing. We will definitely be referring Stacia and Unit 514 to our family and friends and hope to plan a return visit as well. Thank you for everything you did to make sure our vacation was stress free, relaxing and memorable!

Janet is awesome to work with she is very helpful and answered any question we had. When we had to change property due to the previous property we had booked had some issues she was very polite on offering options of rentals we could stay in. Fast response when you had to reach her.

House is amazing! 100/10! If I could score it higher I would. Well stocked, gorgeous views and impeccably clean. Lots of room, well thought out for guests. Directly on the beach and it is AMAZING, VIEW IS AMAZING! It's like a dream, we didnt want to leave.

Communication was very good throughout the process.

We loved that the beach wasnt crowed with rental chairs taking up valuable front row space. The location was less congested as the end with all the hotels and condos. It was a great place to take the family with three children. Theres also a closet of beach supplies like a cart, fins, etc. We loved that we were even able to take a stroll one evening to get ice cream with three kids under two in wagons. We would definitely stay there again.

We love this condo. This was our 3rd year staying here and will continue to come back. The owners really provide everything you need and it just feels like home at the beach. There are so many amenities within walking distance which is nice for the kids. Great place for a family vacation.

Very smooth transaction to reserve the house, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Property was awesome, very short walk to the beach, low traffic, super close to the pools, one in each direction. Beds are super comfy, unit was very clean, very spacious unit. We feel like we stumbled on a real gem. We will be back in a few months!

Our experience was awesome! The coffee pot quit working and they had someone out with a new coffee pot that day!

Awesome condo. Newly renovated, extremely clean, very roomy for a one bedroom, mattress was amazing, view was incredible. Could not ask for a better unit. We sat and watched dolphins play in the water. The pools are amazing, all amenities there at the Sunbird were great. Over all 10 out of 10. We will be back.

Our new spot! Perfect house for us. Send the kids upstairs and they have their own space. Plenty of room, fantastic kitchen. Very pleased and the VIEW! The BEACH! Everything about this house is perfect for us! We will be back!
