The condo was fabulous. It had everything we could possibly need. The owners did a great job of checking on us and answered all of our questions.

It was such a relaxing time

Very smooth transaction to reserve the house, the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Property was awesome, very short walk to the beach, low traffic, super close to the pools, one in each direction. Beds are super comfy, unit was very clean, very spacious unit. We feel like we stumbled on a real gem. We will be back in a few months!

Our experience was awesome! The coffee pot quit working and they had someone out with a new coffee pot that day!

The property is beautiful. It fit our family of twelve perfectly. We loved being right on the beach. The pool was awesome also!

Awesome condo. Newly renovated, extremely clean, very roomy for a one bedroom, mattress was amazing, view was incredible. Could not ask for a better unit. We sat and watched dolphins play in the water. The pools are amazing, all amenities there at the Sunbird were great. Over all 10 out of 10. We will be back.

Janet was amazing! She found us this house when the original one we rented was sold and we could not have been happier! She kept me up to date on everything and was so very helpful!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed I was with your condo. From the moment I walked in, it was clear how much thought and care youve put into the space. The layout is smart and functional, the dcor is tasteful without being overdone, and everything feels clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Its not easy to create a space that feels both stylish and lived-in, but youve managed to strike that balance perfectly. The attention to detailfrom the color choices to the lighting and furnishingsreally sets it apart. Its the kind of place that instantly makes you feel at home. Our new spot! Perfect house for us. Send the kids upstairs and they have their own space. Plenty of room, fantastic kitchen. Very pleased and the VIEW! The BEACH! Everything about this house is perfect for us! We will be back!

You will not regret your stay! The condo is amazing We absolutely love this condo! Our second time staying here and we will for sure be back again! Stacia is such a wonderful host, goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is great. The condo itself is wonderful- spacious, clean, up to date, and the location is perfect. She has all the extra amenities that you might need as well. The beach chairs included in the room is such a bonus! She also has all your extra beach needs as well! Beach chairs, beach toys, coolers..we never have to worry about bringing extra things like that when traveling. 10/10 recommend

This unit is beautifully decorated, updated, and so, so cozy! Fully stocked with anything youd need, and more! The owners have thought of everything! The balcony is super comfy. We spent more time on the balcony than we did inside the unit. Stacia is the most lovely host. You will not be disappointed with this unit!

Exceptional customer service and the property was amazing. We spoke with Janet and she went above and beyond. She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered any questions we had very promptly. She was even kind enough to recommend some great restaurants and things to do during our stay.

PERFECT VACATION HOME! We have found the perfect vacation spot! The house is very roomy, perfect for our big family. We sent the kids upstairs to their own living space complete with a mini-kitchen and they loved it! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was very clean and fresh. The pool is wonderful and the view is breathtaking! It's convenient to everything! Not in a high traffic area, which we LOVE. We had a WONDERFUL time. We will be back!

We stayed for two months over Feb/Mar 2024 in this beautiful, well kept condo. Everything was exactly as advertised. The owner is the best we could ever imagine and checked in with us often. We are returning this winter again for two months as a result

Excellent property. Staff present on grounds from security, maintenance, pool area tended to, cleaned and straightened daily. Reading negative comments from others on booking apps is upsetting to me because we have stayed here twice and have had a positive experience each time. Staff cares about their role and take pride in this property and it definitely shows. Highly recommend.

I do find the final payment process cumbersome. I wish that part was on-line like the initial reservation. I think the email goes out about a week before it's due and that's stressful to me because I always pay bills promptly.

It's so beautiful and we love the location. Also the housekeeping does a fantastic job! We did have an issue with the door code, the code I was given was incorrect. My husband called and we thankfully received a response right away with a different code.

"Everything was great with this condo. Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location and it was perfect.Would recommend this condo to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. I also loved the fact that owner checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. To me that is great customer service most places you never hear from anyone."

Janet was very helpful and professional.

For starters, NO long walk to the beach. Step outside walk through a small fenced in yard and your on the beach. The house is spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for the grandkids and the fenced iyard was great for my two dogs. Overall our family agreed this was the perfect spot for us and we will be back year after year.

I only worked with one person but she was AMAZING! Kind, helpful, professional and quick to respond when contacted!

This property was beautiful, well maintained and in a great location. The ONLY drawback was it didnt have a washer/dryer, which is really tough with a beach trip (sand, wet clothes, etc). Highly recommend this home and rental property!
