'It's a Shore Thing' is truly one of the most pristine homes in the area and offers panoramic views of emerald green waters and sugary white sand. This beachfront home is sure to impress with it's tasteful decor and open floor plan. Enjoy beach views from the kitchen, dining area, and living area. Access to the covered deck is just off the living area and features comfortable seating, a private walkway to the beach, and a private sun deck. Both beachfront master suites are located upstairs and feature a king size bed, adjoining private bathroom with jetted tub, and shared balcony access. Also located on the second floor is the guest bedroom with two full size beds and an adjoining private bathroom. The additional guest bedroom is located on the first floor and features three twin size beds, one twin trundle, and an adjoing private bathroom. Two sofa sleepers are available in the first floor living area.
We do recommend trip/travel insurance when booking this property. There is no refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival..

The property was exceptionally clean, and actually prettier in person than the pictures on line. The rooms were larger than I expected also. The porches, decks, and balcony were all a huge PLUS, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. Parking has been an issue in the past for our family but this property has plenty of private parking. We cant wait to stay here again!! Thank you Janet!

This home is absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home is nicely decorated and did not have to buy a single thing for the kitchen where we spent plenty of time preparing the holiday meal (this was the first time ever we didn't have to run to the store to pick-up kitchen items). We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place right on the Gulf.
