The private balcony overlooks the main pool and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset in the evening! The living area features wood laminate flooring, a 60 inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The bedroom offers a queen size bed and has a flat screen TV. Sunbird offers laundry facilities onsite. There is a sofa sleeper in the living area.

Sunbird Condominiums is conveniently located near the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road and is within walking distance to popular attractions such as Pineapple Willy’s, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Coconut Creek Golf Course & Giant Maze, and Wonder Works. Please, no pets and no smoking. We offer family friendly rentals only and reservations for vacationing students or groups of young adults must meet the minimum age requirement of 25 for all members of the party.

Additional Fees Required: Parking Fees and Arm Bands are required and must be purchased from Sunbird at the onsite HOA office or through Security and must be paid with cash only with exact change. Only one vehicle per unti is allowed. The parking pass is $30 per pass(one car max) and the arm bands are $5 per band for anyone 12 years old or older.

Minimum Age Requirement for Groups of Young Adults & Vacationing Students - Primary renter at least 25, all occupants at least 21. Please note, this age requirement only applies to reservations for unchaperoned groups of young adults/vacationing students. Our rentals are family friendly only, children are welcome.
