Description
Welcome to "Emerald Gulf," our luxury beachfront home located off Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. This 2-story home will comfortably sleep up to 25 occupants. The spacious dining and living area features beach views and one sofa sleeper. The beachfront master suite has a king bed, access to the deck, and an adjoining private bathroom. Also located on the first floor is guest bedroom with two queen beds, a bunk area with 3 twin beds, and a full size bathroom accessible from the hallway. The second floor living area offers a queen sofa sleeper and access to the beachfront balcony. This level also features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The beachfront bedroom features a king size bed while another guest bedroom has two full beds. The third guest bedroom upstairs will accommodate up to six occupants and features two sets of bunk beds, one with a full over a full and the other with a twin over a twin. Exterior features include spacious parking for up to eight vehicles, beachfront deck spanning the length of the home, gas grill, and two outdoor showers. This home is pet friendly so don’t forget your pups! $150 non-refundable pet fee is required.

In booking the property everyone was very helpful in answering my questions and adjusting my arrival date the day after I booked. I did not realize there was a miscommunication within the family. Also when we arrived a bathroom sink would not drain. The staff person kept me informed of a delay in getting someone out to look at it. It turns out my son in law got it draining before a plumber could get there. The communication with the staff was great and appreciated.

The 14 members of my family all agreed this was the best house we have ever stayed in. It was roomy, clean, lots of towels and other essentials, very short walk to the beach( which was not crowded at all) and the deck was great! Having two dens and two refrigerators was the bomb!
Being away from the main drag, the traffic wasnt bad and the house was convenient to food, activities and stores.
All of us agreed it was a 5 star vacation!
